Stellar Fire Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides fire safety consultancy and fire risk assessment services across Lincolnshire and throughout the United Kingdom.

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the provision of our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide professional fire safety consultancy services including, but not limited to:

  • Fire risk assessments

  • Fire safety audits

  • Fire safety advice and consultancy

  • Review of fire safety documentation

  • General fire safety compliance guidance

All services are provided in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including but not limited to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

3. Quotations and Contracts

3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your instruction in writing.
3.3 Any variations to agreed services must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional charges.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of work.
4.2 Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
4.3 We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to premises

  • Inform us of any known hazards

  • Cooperate fully during site visits

We shall not be liable for delays or deficiencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.3 We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business

  • Actions taken (or not taken) by enforcing authorities

Fire risk assessments are advisory documents based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Ongoing compliance remains the responsibility of the responsible person as defined by applicable fire safety legislation.

7. Cancellations

​

7.1 You may cancel a scheduled appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
7.2 We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for late cancellations or missed appointments.
7.3 If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All reports, documents, and materials produced remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Reports are provided solely for the use of the named client and must not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
